1. This is an application filed by the respondent seeking release of the amount deposited by the petitioner. After some arguments learned senior counsel for the applicant prays for and is granted two weeks time to file an additional affidavit along with relevant documents in support of the corporate guarantee, which it is willing to furnish as a pre-condition for release of the amount.
