Section 13(1) in The Andhra Pradesh Prevention Of Begging Act, 1977
(1)The Government may constitute for one or more certified institutions, an Advisory Committee consisting of such number of persons not exceeding twenty but not less than nine as they may appoint;Provided that two of such persons shall be persons nominated by each local authority for whose local area the certified institution or institutions are established or certified.
