Section 3 in Andhra Pradesh Red Sanders Wood Possession Rules, 1989

No person shall possess red sanders heart wood or a piece of wood containing both sapwood and heart wood at which the heart wood does not exceed 10Cmt. in diameter at thickest end., in excess of 20Kgs. in any shape or indulge in manufacture or trade except under a licence issued in this behalf in Form-II by a Divisional Forest Officer and except the circumstances mentioned hereunder.
