Counsel for the petitioners contends that for the claim made in the present writ petition, the petitioners have already served a legal notice dated 19.11.2010 (Annexure P-12), on which no decision has been conveyed to the petitioners till date. He further contends that after the issuance of the said notice, further notification has been issued which would further fortify the claim of the petitioners. He also contends that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to submit a supplementary representation/legal notice within a period of two weeks' from today, which may be considered and decided by the respondents within some specified time.

As per the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioners, in case the petitioners file a supplementary representation/legal notice within a period of two weeks', the same, along with the legal notice dated 19.11.2010 (Annexure P-12), shall be considered by the Managing Director, Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, Patiala-respondent No. 2 within a period of three months' from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and if the petitioners are found entitled, the needful relief shall be disbursed to them within a further period of two months. The arrears be released as per the Government letters dated 17.08.2009 and 29.09.2010 Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
