Section 16(1) in Andhra Pradesh Distillery (Manufacture of Indian made Foreign Liquor other than Beer and Wine) Rules, 2006
(1)The licensee shall submit an application in Form-DM5 to the Commissioner through the Assistant Commissioner (Distilleries) duly affixed with Court fee stamp of requisite value as per the provisions of Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and shall enclose with ten copies of each variety of label sought to be approved.
