(1)This Act may be called the Maharashtra [Municipal Councils] [These words were substituted for the word 'Municipalities' by Maharashtra 18 of 1993, Section 2] [Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships] [These words were inserted by Maharashtra 41 of 1994, Section 107.] Act, 1965.
