Section 4(4) in The Telecommunication (Broadcasting And Cable Services) Interconnection Regulations, 2004
4.2No distributor of TV channels shall disconnect the re-transmission of any TV channel without giving three weeks notice to the broadcaster or multi system operator clearly giving the reasons for the proposed action.
