Section 28(1) in Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University Act, 1987
(1)The Board shall have the power, after consultation with the Academic Council, to approve an institution as an approved institution for specialized studies, laboratory work, internship, research or other academic work under the guidance of a qualified teacher subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
