(1)The Council shall furnish copies of its minutes and of the minutes of the Executive Committee and an annual report of its activities together with an abstract of its accounts to the Central Government.(2)The Central Government may publish in such manner as it thinks fit any report, copy of abstract furnished to it under this section.
