Section 14(1)(c) in Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Rules, 2005

(c)No person shall be eligible for the post of Chairman or Full Time Member or Part Time Member who has held or is holding an office with any of the Private Universities established under the Act or Private Universities established outside the State of Chhattisgarh.
