432. Procedure to be followed while handing over and taking over charge.
- All officers on being relieved from duty shall point out to their successors all matters of special importance and shall explain any directions given by a superior officer. List of arrears and pending correspondence shall be prepared and signed by both the relieved and relieving officers and placed before the Superintendent.
