Section 73(iii) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(iii)No expenditure shall be incurred for which there is no budget provision unless it can be met by appropriation from savings under other heads or by a supplementary grant from the available resource which should be sanctioned at a meeting of the Market Committee. A report to this effect should be immediately sent to Assistant Director with a copy to the Board.
