Section 15(2) in Uttarakhand Self Reliant Co-Operatives Act, 2003
(2)Every applicant for membership, and every member of a co-operative must keep each co-operative of which the person is a member, informed of membership in other co-operatives, and it shall be lawful for a co-operative to refuse admission or remove from membership on grounds, among other, of dual or conflicting membership.
