                    JUDGMENT

The appellant, questioning the correctness or otherwise of the order impugned passed by the learned Single Judge, in Writ Petition No.9249/2014 dated 5th June 2014, has presented this writ appeal.

2. We have heard Shri. Balasubramani, V.R., learned counsel appearing for appellant, for quite some time. During the course of submission, he submitted 3 that the instant appeal may be dismissed as not pressed.
