20. The Finance Officer.
(1)The appointment of the Finance Officer shall be made in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes;(2)The Finance Officer shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the University or may be required from time to time by the Board of Governors;(3)The Vice-Chancellors is empowered to remove the Finance Officer after due enquiry. It will be open to the Vice-Chancellor to suspend the Finance Officer during enquiry depending upon the seriousness of the charges as he may deem fit;
