MA No.3646/2018 This MA is filed for recalling the order dated 07.08.2018. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has already paid the cost of Rs.1,000/- to the applicants' counsel.
2. In the circumstances, the MA is allowed and the consolidated reply filed by the respondents on 21.08.2018, is taken on record.

3. Heard both sides. After the O.A. is filed, the respondents have granted the relief to the applicant Nos.1 to 18.
4. The short dispute, now still remaining, in this OA is whether the applicant Nos.19 to 21, are identically 5 OA No.1383/2017 placed like the persons (applicant Nos.1 to 18 herein), who were granted the grade pay of Rs.2800/- and 3% increment vide order dated 23.10.2017 placed at page No.4 of the consolidated reply, filed by the respondents on 21.08.2018, and that they are also entitled for the same benefit.
5. The respondents in the consolidated reply also sought time to pass appropriate orders till the end of December of this year, since the file is with the M/o Defence with regard to applicant Nos. 19 to 21 herein.
6. In the circumstances, the OA is disposed of, without going into the merits of the case, by directing the respondents to consider the claim of applicant Nos.19 to 21 and if they are identically placed like the applicant Nos. 1 to 18, the benefits granted to them shall also be extended to the applicant Nos. 19 to 21 also and to pass orders accordingly within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. There shall be no order as to costs.
