Section 40 in Telangana Mining Settlements Act, 1956
40. Power to charge rent or fees for the use of buildings or lands.
- The Board, or any person generally or specially authorised by it in this behalf, may collect such rent or fees as may be fixed by rules or bye-laws made under this Act for the use of any building owned, or controlled by the Board.
