- Immediately after a Plan has been sanctioned by the '[State Government], it shall be published through a public notice stating that a Plan has been approved and naming a place where a copy of the Plan may be inspected at all reasonable hours and upon the date of the first publication of the aforesaid notice, the Plan shall come into operation.
