Section 31(1) in A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technological University Act, 2015
(1)The Academic Committee shall be the principal academic body of the University responsible for the maintenance of standards of instruction, education, training, research and examinations and shall be constituted by the Board of Governors for every two academic years.
