101. Analysis of water for drinking or culinary Purposes.
- The State Government may make rules to provide for the proper analysis of the water of any water-works, tank, well, spring or any water-course or other source, unused or likely to be used for drinking or culinary purposes in any area of New Town, Kolkata, and, in particular, may require the Development Authority to take samples of water in the manner prescribed and make it over at such time and place, and to such person or persons, as the State Government may appoint in this behalf.
