Section 5(2)(b) in Telangana Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1963

(b)Any person who wilfully fails to stop a motor vehicle when required to do so by an officer under clause (a) of this sub-section or resists such officer, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
