Section 10(1) in Haryana Compulsory Registration of Marriages Act, 2008
(1)The Registrar shall maintain a register of marriages solemnized in the State in such form and manner as may be prescribed on receipt of the memorandum of marriage under section 7, the Registrar shall make a record of the same in the register.
