Section 13(1) in Hyderabad City Police Act, 1348 F
(1)The [Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad] [Substituted by Act A.P.A.O. 1957] may make rules not inconsistent with this Act or any other law for the time being in force for the following matters,-(a)Prescribing and assigning the duties of Police officers of whatever rank of office and determining,-
