75. Regulation of service of contract carriage.
[Section 95)]. - An owner of a stage carriage which is used as a contract carriage or that of a contract carriage shall ensure that it proceeds to the destination made by the hirer through the shortest route and shall not allow it to remain at any public place except when engaged as such and shall, -(i)nor revoke the hiring contract without being discharged by the hirer; and(ii)station the vehicle at the stand in the order it arrives there and shall leave the stand on its turn.
