Section 16 in The Himachal Pradesh Roadside Land Control Act, 1968
16. Bar to legal proceedings.
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or the rules made thereunder.(2)No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government for any damage caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act of the rules made thereunder.
