37. Information under section 12(5) when case is closed.
- When a case is closed, the information to be given to the complainant, to the public servant concerned and to the competent authority concerned according to sub-section (5) of section 12 shall, subject to the specific written order of the Lokayukta or Upa-Lokayukta, be given in the form prescribed in Schedule 'H'.
