2 16-09-2016The learned counsel, Mr. Chandrakant, for the petitioner submitted that in view of the Division Bench decision of this Court reported in 2010 (2) P.L.J.R. 954 paragraph 36 submitted that he may be permitted to convert this Civil Misc. application to Civil Revision application.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to convert this Civil Misc. application to Civil Revision application within one month.
