3. Exemption allowed, subject to the condition that the petitioner will file the duly sworn/attested affidavit and the requisite Court fee within 72 hours from the date of resumption of the regular functioning of this Court.

6. The learned Standing Counsels named above accept notice on behalf of the respondents.

7. Mr. Ramesh Singh, the learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1, 2, 3 & 5, submits that the demarcation exercise was carried out a few months ago. However, the report of the same is awaited. He assures the Court that once the demarcation report is filed it will be made available to the affected parties, who if aggrieved, may pursue their remedies, as may be available in law. It is further submitted that the State Government is not likely to take any action to dispossess anybody from their property, without following due process of law.
