(2)The Official Liquidator shall take part in the examination, and for that purpose may, if specially authorised by the [Tribunal] [ Substituted by Act 11 of 2003, Section 78, for " Court" .] in that behalf, employ such legal assistance as may be sanctioned by the [Tribunal] [ Substituted by Act 11 of 2003, Section 78, for " Court" .].
