Section 45(i) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of licence to sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules 2007
(i)The licensee in respect of toddy shops allotted to Toddy Cooperative Societies and Tree for Tapper Scheme shall posses or sell toddy drawn from allotted excise trees.
