Section 21 in The Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2011
21. Power to issue directions.
- The State Government may issue to any educational institution such general or special directions, consistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, as in its opinion are necessary or expedient for carrying out the purposes of this Act or for giving effect to any of the provisions contained therein or in any rules or orders made thereunder and the management of the educational institution shall comply with every such direction.
