FACTS :
This RTI application concerns transfer of EPF account of the appellant from Code No. Haryana to Code No. Delhi.
2. The matter was initially called for hearing on 11.9.2009 but the parties did not appear and it was adjourned for today dated 27.11.2009. As scheduled, the matter is heard. Appellant not present. The public authority is represented by the officer named above. Smt Behel would submit that account has since been transferred to Delhi Code No. and intimation to this effect sent to the appellant vide letter dated 24.11.2009 DECISION
3. In view of the above, appeal has become infructuous and the matter is closed. However, if the appellant has any difficulty in this regard, she is advised to contact the officer named above.
