"In view of the facts and circumstances explained hereto above, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to: -
(A) Direct the respondent to renew the petitioner's Certificate of Practice as Notary Public for further five years w.e.f. 02-01- 2022.
(B) Pass such other order/direction/relief(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

My attention has been drawn to the order dated January 31, 2022 passed in identical writ petitions, lead petition being W.P.(C) 1766/2022, titled as Ms. Bhavanaba R. Jadeja v. Union of India.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:ANIL KUMAR YADAV Signing Date:17.02.2022 18:49:40 to consider the writ petition as a representation and pass a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks as an outer limit and convey the decision to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved, liberty is with him to seek such remedy as available in law.
