Section 9 in Orissa State Youth Welfare Board Rules, 1996
9. Vice-Chairman.
- The Secretary to Government of Orissa Department of Sports and Youth Services shall function as the Vice-chairman of the State Board ex-officio. The day-to-day management of the Board shall be supervised by the Vice Chairman with the assistance of the Member-Secretary.
