2. Principally, the grievance of the petitioner is that, although, he has worked for more than 10 years in the respondent-organisation/NTRO, his case was not considered for regularization.
3. Issue notice to the respondents, via all permissible modes, including e-mail. 3.1. Counter-affidavit will be filed within six weeks from service. 3.2. Rejoinder, thereto, if any, will be filed before the next date of hearing.
