(3)The Governor may be order in writing in subject to such conditions and limitations as may be specified in the order require the Lokayukta to investigate any action (being action in respect of which a complaint may be made under this Act to the Lokayukta) and notwithstanding anything contained in this Act the Lokayukta shall comply with such order.
