Section 83 in The Employees' State Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950
83. Date of accrual of dependant's benefit. -The dependant's benefit shall accrue from the date of the death in respect of which the benefit is payable, 76 [or, where disablement benefit was payable or where wages were payable] for that date from the date following the date of death.
