% 29.05.2024 The instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

"It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that the impugned order dated 08 .04.2024, passed by the court of Sh. Arun Goel, POLC-X, Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi in case bearing no. LIR/2322/2019, titled as "Lokesh Sharma Vs. M/S Trend Setters Books Ltd.," may kindly be set aside and the applicant / petitioner may kindly be permitted to procure the original documents from the office stands sealed by PNB Bank and further allow the Management to cross-examine the witness on the basis of the original documents, in the interest of Justice.
Any other orders or further order(s) which this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper under and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, may also kindly be passed in favour of the applicant/petitioner, in the interest of Justice."
