Section 241(2)(c) in The Companies Act, 1956

(c)shall, where the inspectors are appointed [in pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (2)] [ Substituted by Act 31 of 1988, Section 39, for " under clause (a) or (b)" (w.e.f. 31.5.1991).] of section 235, furnish, at the request of the applicants for the investigation, a copy of the report to them;
