Section 23(2) in Assam Employees' State Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules, 1958
(2)Without prejudice to the provision of sub-rule (1) the State Government may delegate all or any of the powers or duties conferred or imposed upon it by Rule 8 or Rule 9 to such officers of the Corporation, as it may deem fit.
