Section 266(3) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(3)Certificate from the employer or contractor that the applicant is a construction worker in Form XLI shall be produced alongwith the application for registration from construction workers union or a certificate issued by Asst. Labour Commissioner/Deputy Labour Commissioner of the concerned area may also be considered.
