48. Powers and functions of Executive Committee.
- The Executive Committee shall exercise all the powers in the implementation of the decisions of the Central Council and shall have the power to take decisions in all matters except those falling in the sphere of other committees and it shall also perform all the functions of the Central Council of administrative nature
