Section 33(1)(d) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014

(d)children of both sexes below 12 years may be kept in the same home but separate facilities shall be maintained for boys and girls in the age group of 6 to 12 years ;
