Section 7(1) in The M.P. Nikshepakon Ke Hiton Ka Sanrakshan Adhiniyam, 2000
(1)The State Government may, for the purpose of disposal of cases under this Act, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the High Court, by notification, designate Special Courts, which shall not be below the rank of Court of Sessions Judge or an Additional Sessions Judge, as may be necessary for such area or areas as may be specified in the said notification.
