Section 208(1) in Telangana District Boards Act, 1955
(1)The Board may delegate all or any of its powers under this Act, or the rules and bye-laws made thereunder except the power to make bye-laws, to the President, the Executive Officer or any other officer or servant of the Board, or, with the approval of Government to any other officer.
