Section 11(1) in The First Statutes of the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, 2013
(1)There shall be a Building and Works Committee for the Institute, consisting of the following members, namely:-(a)the Director - Presiding Officer of the Building and Works Committee;(b)one member nominated by the Central Government not below the rank of Director or Deputy Secretary;(c)one member nominated by the Executive Council;(d)Registrar - ex-officio Member Secretary;(e)Dean - Member to be nominated by the Director of the Institute on rotation from among the Deans of the Institute; and(f)[two experts] [Substituted by Notification No. G.S.R. 507(E), dated 10.5.2016 (w.e.f. 18.6.2013).], not below the rank of Superintending Engineer, each from Civil and Electrical Engineering Wing of Central Government or any autonomous body of repute nominated by Chairperson - [Members] [Substituted by Notification No. G.S.R. 507(E), dated 10.5.2016 (w.e.f. 18.6.2013).].
