Section 17(1) in Rajasthan Tourism Trade (Facilitation and Regulation) Act, 2010
(1)A special group of personnel known as Tourist Assistance Force shall be engaged, deputed or appointed by the Commissioner on such terms and conditions as may be specified by him from time to time after seeking prior approval of the State Government.
