Section 7(1) in Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Regulation of Sinking of Wells and Safety Measures) Rules, 2015
(1)In case of violation of any of the conditions of the permit, the Executive Authority may cancel the permit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the holder of the permit.
