Section 20(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Saffron Rules, 2018
(1)The Saffron Analyst to whom a samples of any saffron has been submitted for test or analysis shall, within period of 20 days deliver the analysis report under his hand and seal in duplicate to the Enforcement Inspector.
