Section 32 in Haryana Co-operative Societies Rules, 1989
32. Manner of certifying copies of entries in books.
- Sections 42(1) and 131(2)(xviii). - For the purpose of section 42 a copy of an entry in the books of a co-operative society shall be certified by a certificate written at the foot of such copy declaring that it is a true copy of such entry and that the book containing the entry is in the custody of a co-operative society:Provided that the said certificate shall be dated and signed by an officer of the co-operative society as may be authorised by the committee.
